Miami Mediator

Patrick Russell is a full-time mediator at Salmon & Dulberg Dispute Resolution, with more than 30 years of legal experience as a trial lawyer on both the Plaintiff and Defense sides. Patrick has been certified as a Florida Supreme Court Civil Circuit Mediator since 2009 and mediates civil disputes statewide in Florida, including business disputes, commercial law, condominium/HOA, construction, insurance, personal injury, and real estate.

 

Patrick is honored to be a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and a member of the mediation panel for the American Arbitration Association. Patrick remains active in dispute resolution leadership, serving on the Executive Council and as the former Chair (2021-2022) of the ADR Section of The Florida Bar, as well as serving on the ADR Committee of the Miami-Dade Bar. Patrick regularly appears on panels and presents CLE programs on mediation and negotiation, including hosting The Meaningful Mediation Podcast.

Mediation services are provided for legal matters involving business disputes, commercial litigation, condominium and homeowner associations, construction law, insurance claims, personal injury, premises liability, and real estate.

Available for in-person or online mediation throughout Miami-Dade County, including, but not limited to, Aventura, Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Doral, Kendall, Miami, Miami Beach, Miami Shores, North Miami, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, and South Miami.
